Pre-Fall 22 Rebelscope

The Pre-Fall 2022 shows make it seem like a 90s London is back, only this time, it is more refined. The season’s presentations have showcased a rebellious army of loud collections, where grunge is not as dirty and the dominatrix aesthetic is not as hardcore as they used to be. After the pandemic, consumers feel empowered and seek to voice their opinions to get loud and clear about their points of view. While bold colors were the means to get loud in fashion throughout the previous post-pandemic shows, black seems to be the new black again. Symbolising elegance, seduction, authority and power, the color embeds all the defining emotions of our zeitgeist. Simultaneously, the season-less appeal of black dresses, leather jackets and iconic daywear looks is dressing clients, who seek to invest in long-term pieces that still offer a more stylish look. Returning with some of our favorite rebellious classics, designers satisfy bold attitudes and balance the need for comfort and showing-off.
